Your agent will likely also include a vendor disclosure statement which allows you to see any issues the current owners have had relating to the property.

Land Transfer Tax. If you are a first time home buyer, you may be exempt from up to the first $2000.00 of land transfer tax. If the purchase price is more than $227,500 you may have to pay some land transfer tax.
